Is there a deposit? When are the additional payments due?

Yes. The deposit will be equal to 1/3 your rental fee and will be due upon booking, in addition to your contract, to secure your reservation. The remaining payments are due at 6 and 3 months prior to the event in two equal payments. If an event is booked less than three months out, payment in full will be due at time of booking. We also reserve the right to request a credit card on file for any damages to the facility or grounds.
