- 3 hour Rental (Between 9am-2pm or 3pm-8pm)
- Sundays - Thursdays
- Outside Ceremony Site
- Inside Rain Plan in Venue Foyer/Bar area or Side Patio
- Tea, Lemonade and Water Service
- Small cake for 25 ($100 per additional cake)
- Champagne Toast - 1 bottle ($25 each additional bottle)
- Tables, chairs and layout set up
- Event manager

- Price is based on Guest Count
- 2-25 guests is $1000
- 26-50 guests is $1500
